    I have 2 fully developed and automated sites for sale, the first is pageranked, assume traffic of ~1000uv/month for each site. not been monitised but both rank well in alexa.

    I have no time for the pair of them, but there is potential in them. Back in March, the first site peaked at 450 visits/day. Second site is newer but is already picking up. Sale comes with hosting, domain name, scripts, emails, etc. All fully registered until next year. Looking for $300 for the pair.
