    yahoo! & Google - both are trademarks and you cant use it for a domain name with out their permission. Why people do use it again and again. There are so many different names available for a domain.. it is very strange.

    The problem will only become apparent if the directory gets big or successful.

    Imagine having a business that could be torne down by a single letter from a thousand dollar an hour law firm.

    You put all the hard work into your online real estate empire and it gets pulled down like a house of cards as soon as you get big enough to attract attention.....oops, you ponder, which I had thought this through for more than 5 minutes.
