Both directories have decent PR but massive spider traffic. All URLs are spider friendly (static HTML) and we encourage you to use effective anchor text for the link.

All submissions not only receive the traditional category listing but also a dedicated detail page.

We do not require a link back but appreciate any courtesy provided.

REQUIREMENTS:
Do not submit Warez or affiliate content sites. These will be rejected immediately.

Do add significant description text. We love content. You get the listing and we get content for the category / detail pages. We both win.

If you submit to the eCommerce directory YOU MUST ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO ADD TO CART AND CHECKOUT. It is an ecommerce directory and only ecommerce sites will be listed!

If you have any issues with finding the correct category we have a live help service...just click the icon and ask the operator.

Submit your site or your client sites...add as many as you want but there is a 50 per day limit. This ensures that everyone that submits will be reviewed within 24 hours and the backlog is controlled. Although there is a 50 per day limit we review twice daily and have not encountered a full backlog.

I don't post the link info as if webmasters truly want to link back they will do so freely (and not feel pressured to do so). Also, by allowing those that link back to choose the URL and anchor text it'll be more natural.

Well Bobby, I have one small problem here: I have a main site about ceramics that is hosted for free as a subdomain. Unfortunately this means I can't register it with your free service

Otherwise it does look great

Is there any particular reason why you won't accept subdomains? - apart from the fact that you want to make money from them

The reason I put that in there is since most of the spammers were using that to for submissions. Something like penis-enlargement.somefreeserver.com -> however, the fact is that if the site is a true resource and content rich it will be included regardless of subdomain or main domain.

Keep in mind that these are watched closer than other submissions...more than 50% affiliate content and it's rejected immediately.

As a side note -> for everyone submitting a resource be sure to do your keyword research and use your best phrases for the anchor text. Also, use good keywords as the dedicated detail page will use those for the meta.

The directory lacks some noticeable categories like the ones you mention. I'll add them but it'll be an update or two before they get some green bar.

BTW, I also added your submission (Carrom site) to the other directory as well so no need for you to do it...
