    its not my site..its partner site.
    u can get paid by paypal but u need to get $75 to get payout.
    its free though for signing up.
    All information is mentioned inside the members area.

    I make some search and this affiliate program belongs to PopUpAd.com
    I think it's bit risky , because I have very bad experience with popupad.net
