2 Football/Soccer fan sites

Im going to be concentrating on my other sites from now on so im thinking of selling some of my sites, this obviously depends on the price.

Both are fan sites for 2 young upcoming stars.

JoeyBarton.net - PR1, Averages between 700-1500 uniques per month, this will increase dramatically over the next year or 2. He has just played his first International game for England and looks set to become a regular very soon.

GiuseppeRossi.net - PR3 averages again around 700-1500 uniques per month, and again will increase a lot, he has signed for manchester united, however is on loan to Parma at the moment, he looks set to play for italy within the next 12 months and also looks to be a long term striker for united.
This site is currently down due to problms with my host, however you can probably see a cache of the site in google. Also has a forum with around 30 members of which around 10 are quite active for a small forum (although unless my host sorts himself out im not sure whether i have a backup of this forum so please presume not unless i confirm i have a back up bfore the auction ends)

for both sites traffic primarily comes from google, yahoo and msn. both rank very high for the search terms.

I also have 2 brand new headers which i had made for the sites i will also include these which i have added for you to see.

These sites do nto take up much space or bandwidth and so wont cost a lot to run, you may even be able to find a free host to keep costs down.

I dont believe these sites are worth a lot as it stands, i know its in the future value. The rossi site which is currntly down has more content than the barton one.

It has news (automatically updated) comments facts and figures a history page stats etc.


Income:
I hav previously sold links on the site at $5 each per month of which ive earnt around $50 from this ive also sold some at around $3 each. All of these have expired now, there are 2 links on there which are part of a link exchange your choice as to whether you keep them on or not. the rest can be removed at your choice, adsense income isnt much probably because i dont know how to optimise this.

The rossi site is also well over a year old possibly getting on for 2 years.

Im looking to sell the 2 together although if i get a good enough bid for just 1 id consider splitting them.

im not sure i hve one account for all of my sites, i wouldnt imagine it being tht high, i think however in the next 12-24 months you will see traffic and income jump a lot, i just need the money for other projects

i would ideally like to get $200 for the pair, they both have PR and my ide initially was to have a number of fan sites - say 5-10 and thn aother football forum, so you would generat income from all of those fan sies, plus wherever else and so it would do your forum a lot of good, however i never managed to get it all going. Just a thought for you all anyway.

If you were to buy it for the BIN, d be quite happy to host the rossi site for you for a few months (2-3 months atleast dpeends how big my other sites get) and post on the forums when i can - at the end of the day its something i really wanted to do and would love to see it succeed, soim quite happy to help where possible.


Ive received a request to extend it by 6 hours, however as i wont be awake at 6am, i will extend the auction by 12 hours so that i will be able to answer any further questions before the auction end.

sorry to kind of bump the thread, however as i said i was having problems with myold host so i put it as a sub account on my main site.

In 2 days heres the stats from search engines:
- Google 14
- Unknown search engines 1

Its by no far showing off the potential but , it just shows that in 30 days timesing it at the same rate theres 360 hits just from googl, i can assure you though there are hits from msn yahoo and other sites whic i havnt included in this post.

 

Ive found a copy of the database from 25.11.06, i will try to upload it but im not very good with mysql databases.

well the 2 highest bids 1 via pm and 1 on the thrad have backed out, i will be back online @ 9pm uk time, whatever the highest bid is by then i will accept, within reason of course.
ideally within the $150-200 mark or i may consider for a gaming site or music site, not too bothred about pr but traffic would be nice
