2 domains - Redirect?

Hi guys, need some advice on something.

We currently have our site running from 2 different domain names. They both run a duplicate of exactly the same site. (Don't ask, this is the setup I found when I started here and I want to change it!)

    Lets call them 'blue.com' & 'green.com'

green.com has the most indexed links, it's what they have been concentrating their link building on and generally does a bit better than blue.com

However, I want to get rid of green.com and just concentrate everything on blue.com

What is the best way to "fade out" green.com?

Do I set up a 301 redirect on all the URL's for this domain and point them all to blue.com?

Are there any other factors I need to consider?

Hope that makes sense. Any questions, just ask...

Why do you want to get rid of the one that does better?

I knew someone would ask that haha

There are a few reasons do with branding etc. I just want to concentrate on the other domain.

I would say 301 redirect would be the way to go then.
