2 domains needs your appraisal

    Today I registered 2 names which are having strong niche value.
    1.TECHSPRUCE
    2.GAMELICIOUS
    both are .com's so I need your appraisal value and some ideas on getting started.

    The first one is good for an IT blog/site or whatever. I say 400$
    The second I don't know.. maybe 100$

    Are you sure ? because as far as I search the second domain has more value and take the word licious and put any dictionary word in it and you cannot find a domain in that word.For example movielicious .

    I would say in the mid $xxx range for both. You just need to find people who are interested in developing these names. Good luck!
