Again, like mentioned in many posts, develop the website(s) and thereby increase the value. Yes, Bigcitytravels.com is a good domain, but not worth more than about $150 without a developed website to sell with it. The same with Chicagolandgolfing - currently worth about $20
What is the primary reasoning behind developing the domains into sites? Is it name recognition and PR?
