2 domains at same registrar one 301 redirect seo affect?

    Hello,

    I have 2 domains at one register I'm using one to host at hostgator the other domain is sitting at sedo. I want to redirect the one at sedo to the main domain at hostgator using the domain registrar 301 redirect ( forwarding ).

    Will this have an affect on SEO on the main domain?
