1. reg fee - lo $xx ~ depends if you can find a buyer (it's currently showing ads for cured ham on Godaddy lol!) 2. $xx - $xxx ~ a little trickier to guesstimate the price since it is potentially, a type-in. Traffic stats would help.
I dont have traffic for either of them. I have no plans on selling either of them. I just wanted to see what they may be worth.
That's my best guess on both as they currently stand. Developed, they could be worth significantly more if you were able to generate revenue through advertising, etc.
Impossible to even guess at until you have developed the site, have traffic stats and an idea of revenue.
