Domains are registered through Godaddy and will be trasferred over after payment.

Both websites are entirely written using CGI, they are dynamic (Perl scripts)
In order to keep things setup as they are, your server needs to allow CGI scripts to be executed anywhere (not just the cgi-bin) & you need to have the ability to modify the .htaccess file as all the page suffixes are .htm
