This contest is for logos for 2 different companies. The best design for each company will get $25. Company 1 (V z e t h P r o d u c t i o n s) V z e t h is thai for the word meaning "special" and the company is geared towards the planning, running, promotion and staffing of special events including parties, launch parties, film productions etc for the fashion and entertainment industry. Company number 2 is (A E P h o t o g r a p h y) This is a company for photography of many types of photography, including wedding, fashion, real estate and professional head shots. Basically, its a photography company. For design and colours, the person who wants these logos is an extremely colourful and energetic person and has specifically requested very vibrant, bright, and attention grabbing logos, in red, orange and/or hot pink. She is telling me she wants all 3 colours in one logo, but you can use your discretion, as if it looks bad, dont use it. Anyway, it gives you a bit of insight as to something she would like. The winning designs will be chosen in 72 hours, but may be extended if necessary. I will try to provide feedback on entries as we go along, and will show her entries as received. Payment will be made via paypal. Good luck everyone.
The logos do not have to be the same style. The logos should be vector so they can be scaled as needed. Weiz86 - The logos are not too bad conceptually, but its not really what she is looking for in terms of style. larrytheloafer - This is not what she is looking for.
Jackieh1791 - I like it, but the owner would like to see a few more changes. For V z e t h, can you get rid of "professional event planning" and can you try working with different colours...try and make it really bold and bright, right now the logos are a bit conservative for the owners liking. If you could make the fonts bigger somehow through different font choice or 3D effects, that would be more preferred. larrytheloafer - to give you more specific feedback...the owner likes the 3D aspect of the font, but doesn't like the shadow, and the logo should be vector, with no raster components. It needs to be scalable, so if you can come up with a vectorized camera...the owner likes the idea of a camera in her logo.
