As far as I know there’s nothing on AdSense TOS that doesn’t allow you to do that.

The TOS say that you are not allowed to "display any Ad Unit on a page that contains Ads associated with another Google AdSense customer (e.g., Your Web hosting company), unless authorized to do so by Google".

Jean-Luc is correct. You are not allowed to place your Adsense ads on the same page as another person's Adsense ads.

What you are allowed to do is perhaps have the advertising rotated e.g. 50% of the impressions shows your ads and 50% show his ads.

Or you can place your Ads on certain pages and their ads on the rest. Just make sure that you never have both on the same page!

There is at least one person at DP that has 2 different ads on the same page, he asked permission and Google allowed it! ;)
ranoo, send google an email, maybe they'll allow it to you too!
