2 days of work and a restaurant db

Just looking for feedback on the functionality. Obviously the layout and look have not been implimented, but I think I've done a good job (considering the amount of time) creating a lot of functionality and using mod_rewrite to make search engine friendly html files

Question what exactly is a mod_rewrite

If you are using mod_rewrite for the id's (1234.html per restaurant) you could try to make it
(id)-(name of restaurant).html
as you only need the ID, the rest is just extra garbish but gets the name of the restaurant in the URL

functionality wise, i think it's good enough.. it's functioning well.. now work on your layout. good luck.

 

Great idea which I had never even thought of. I will be making that change for sure.
