    Why?
What could be if i encash the first?

The problem is that they send the first one to IL, which is a state in the USA, it probably came back and they changed it with a pen on the check to Israel and send it again on June, this was after i re-issued the check. then, i emailed them asking if the check will go threw, and on the 19th they send me another check...

They've probably reported the first one as missing, blocked it, or something similar, so I wouldn't take any unnecessary risks just for an extra $20 ;)
I'd simply cash the second one (and throw away the first one), but you should try contacting CB if you want to be absolutely sure what to do...

    Will do so.

The first check was 41$ , the second for 21$, and when deducting the fees to encash the check i will probably be left with 16$ :p

Update, just to let you know, CB customer service said that the first check was closed/blocked i can't encash it.

Encash the second one. Otherwise the bank will block it somehow (I have done this once)

They will issue second cheque only after cancelling the first one. So the second one is just a paper. Use the first one.

Did they deduct $20 as a reissuing fee?
