What happens when 2 campaigns on the same account are bidding on same keywords? Will it split my ad impressions into 2? or will it show both my ads simultaneously?

mhm, as far as I know, if you have 2 campaigns then both of your ads will show simultaneously, whereas if you do 2 ads on the same campaign then the impressions will split.

The reason is because I have two similar products and already have an established set of keywords that works. So does MSN show both ads simultaneously or splits the impressions?

if you bid for same keyword then your CPC will increase, why you want to do that? contact msn support for how they handle such situation to make you pay less.
