2 Blogger Questions

1) Is there anyway i can receive notifications when someone posts a comment to my blog?

2) I have several posts waiting which I have written, but dont want to publish yet.
If i choose to delete one of these posts, the Blog gets re published, and subsequently adds my Draft articles.

Any way round this?

Which software do you use? I'm using wordpress and I do get a notification if someone posts a comment...

 

I've never seen Blogger post Draft posts by itself. I have a number of Drafts at the top of my list, either waiting for a specific date, or just as a reminder of something I want to blog about.

I use Haloscan for the comments, and just check my comments page once a day to see what I've had.

 

it only happens if i delete a post and have others as drafts in blogger

For anyone else, ive found the email on comments one, its under comments in settings.... im blind!
