Selling 2 Awesome Niche Sites for Sale | Grab Them at Knockdown Prices

Hiya Guys

I have today two of my niche sites for sale at bargain prices. Here are the details:

Site 1

The first site for sale is in the learning guitar niche, you can view it here:

The site was made using WordPress, which means it is super easy to add and update any content from within your dashboard.

There are currently 48 posts in total, and the five you see on the homepage with pictures are completely unique and written by me.

After writing the first 5 posts I installed an autoblogging plugin, so the remaining posts are from Amazon, Youtube, and various other sources.

You can either keep this plugin installed and let it pull posts for you on autopilot or uninstall it and create your own content.

I have added all necessary plugins, and fully SEO'ed the site with an xml sitemap, search engine friendly URL's, and meta information.

This site is fully indexed in Google and starting to see a very small trickle of traffic.

It is monetised with Adsense, Clickbank, and Amazon

The domain is registered with Namecheap so you will need a namecheap account (free and easy to open) so I can transfer the domain to you.

Again this site was made using Wordpress, so it is super easy to add or update any content from within your dashboard

All content on this site is completely unique and written by me, and images come from a stock photo site.

It was built on a beautifully customised theme with unique logo, and favicon.

I have added all necessary plugins, and fully SEO'ed the site with an xml sitemap, search engine friendly URL's, and meta information.

This site is monetised with Adsense and Clickbank.

The domain is registered with Godaddy so you will need a Godaddy account (free and easy to open) so I can transfer the domain to you.

Transfer Details

Payment is by Paypal and once payment is received I will push you the domain name straight away. I can then either send all of your files to your email address. I can also provide free setup of the sites on your server.

I have never actively promoted any of these sites so assume no revenue and traffic. Although the guitar site is starting to get a small trickle.

I am not looking for bids as I think $40 is a bargain price for each of these sites. However if you want to purchase both together, then the price will be knocked down to $60 for both.
