insta-cade is a nice looking site, how hard is it to get games working on it and actually where would I get the games? Thanks
site is pre-coded with 3800+ games. My idea for the site was to simply have it as a demo site and sell coipes of it for $7.50 a copy and I would host the games on my server. Sort of like a rss grab or the person who bought it could buy the games and simply host it themselves. I have coded the config file for easy editing of adsense id site name url of swf and thumbs so it is literally a turnkey website edit my bad I thought you meant minicade insta-cade will need to be finished which will require complete coding or simply coded into a existing arcade script

Really? Weird, I bought the site 4 and half months ago and thought it was a unique design. Why would PixeDesign sell a template that clearly says "EE13.com"? And, does that give you re-sell rights to it? Also, it looks like it's in his portfolio. I'm contacting PixeDesign about not selling the same template and the guy I bought the site from to clear this up. In the meantime, at least change the header graphic. -boxer126
I just bought it about a month ago from him. You will need to clear it up with him. Please let me know regardless but like I said in a previous post that template is currently off the table anyways. He is a trustworthy guy from what I have experienced with him. So I don't know whats up. From here on in instead of killing this thread can you please PM me? also you say you bought the site did you buy that template? The template on that site is different
I'm not trying to "kill the thread". That's obviously the graphics from my site and people should know that. I will contact you after I contact the other's in the next few days and I'll use a PM then. Besides, the graphic clearly says "EE13.com", which you don't own. This wouldn't even be an issue if you get rid of the header graphic. If the template's not unique, that's fine. I'm an easy going guy when it comes to this stuff. But not when it clearly says "EE13.com". Just change the header graphic when you're giving away the template. -boxer126
like I said the design is being sliced and coded. Why would I keep that info in the header if I don't own the domain? That mascot and logo are being removed from the template so there is nothing to worry about. Also you never answered my question about the template. You bought the site but there is a different template so my question is did you ever own the other one?
The current template on the site is the one that came with it. So, no, I personally never owned the one in question, but it is obviously associated with EE13.com. I've sent contact inquiries to each party to see what's going on. It may be a case of pixedesign.com selling a template he copied or maybe the guy who sold it to me also owns pixedesign.com. OK, just to clear up this whole mess.... XTC, I owe you an apology. That was an original template for EE13 that was designed but never purchased. The guy who made it has the rights to re-sell the template. You own that template. I do, however, own the rights to the "dino" guy in the header graphic. So, just get rid of the header graphic. DO NOT use the "dino" in another graphic and just change EE13 to another domain name. I guess that's it. Good luck with the sale. You've got a nice design and idea with insta-cade.com. I hope this clears things up and we can all just move on from here.... Later, boxer126
