Hey guys, I own a few companies one is a new affiliate network. Im looking for 2 Full time affiliate managers that can work from home. You will get a base salary vs. commissions. You get paid salary regardless although we expect you to be able to recruit and build a team "info is below". I also need one part time or full time programer that is experienced with affiliate marketing. They must be able to set up tracking and other programing duties. We were a lead company that now is going full into a complete network. We currenlty have 165 offers. The programer will create our own offers and set up new offers from or new advertisers. YOU CAN SELL, BUILD RELATIONSHIPS, AND CLOSE AFFILATE/ADVERTISING DEALS 3. YOU CAN RECRUIT AFFILIATES FOR OUR COMPANY AT A HIGH SPEED. Primary Responsibilities: Affiliate and Advertiser Recruitment o Execute recruitment plan with updates and adjustments on a monthly basis. When appropriate, work with affiliate vendors to help in execution of recruitment activities o Oversee and facilitate affiliate application approval process o Evaluate all recruiting activities monthly and make adjustments if needed o Target strategic affiliates and Advertisers to recruit on a weekly. o Serve as contact point for both new prospects and other businesses contacts regarding potential affiliate/advertising deals. Answer program implementation and pricing questions; ensure smooth transition to implementing new partners Affiliate Management o Creation of weekly emails to affiliate/advertiser base to notify them of new initiatives, special programs and promotions, sales techniques and best selling methods o Assist with affiliate emails and phone calls o Segmentation and analysis of affiliate base on weekly basis o Execute inactive affiliate campaigns. o Develop performance incentives to reward top affiliates o Replace poor-performing and older links with fresh creative. o Build relationships by means of email or phone with top affiliates/advertisers’ o Prepare monthly reports sales/unit reports Affiliate Program Management o Provide monthly program reporting as per the business specifications. o Coordinate affiliate payment process without affiliate vendors and Global matrix Media finance department o Work with web ops on any changes/updates required for affiliate ordering sites. o Create, administers and Analyze annual Affiliate Survey o Monitoring of affiliate sites for inappropriate use. o Launch: . Manage the *operational tasks* associated with product launches. Liaison with Global Matrix Media and Affiliates/ Advertisers on new product offerings, ongoing offers/bundles, special affiliate offer pages, banner trafficking, loading and distribution. Required Skills ~Managing complex/multi-brand affiliate programs ~Managing affiliates network agencies - Commission Junction, Linkshare, Tatto media , integra click etc ~Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office ~Experience building relationships with affiliate partners/advertisers. ~BtoB Marketing Experience ~Experience managing other online channels - PPC, SEO, Display, Media Buys, Social Marketing This is a base VS. Commission Job. So you get paid salary regardless but if you also make a percentage of all your affiliates you have working under you so this pushes you to increase your pay to the next level. This is an easy 6 figure job in a year or two for dedicate professionals with online experience.
