I'm starting a new site, the site I currently own. Is in a partnership with my friend and we split the adsense check (haven't got one yet :D). Well ony my new site I don't want my earnings to interfear with my other site. So would google allow me to have 2 accounts?

Better ask google if you can transfer the old acocunt to your friends and start a new one ... There is another post like this http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=58969

I also asked google if my friends are allowed to sign up as my referals. Will post when i get an answer.

Can't you just use adsense channels to work out how much each website is earning and split what you earn by looking at the stats?

You could set up a business and open the account in the business's name, or if your friend does not have an adsense account open one in his name or you wife’s name, choose someone you both trust and use there details, just make sure you ask them first.

It depends how much you are anticipating earning, if it is only $100 a month or so then I would just use my old account and work out how much the split is using the channel options to track where the clicks come from, if you are looking to earn more then setting up a business might make more sense.

    Good luck to you both

I agree to what SKE11 said.
The best is let your friend open an account. But if the expected money is not big, then you will be able to monitor it using channels.

Open up a business bank account and sign up for a new adsense account through the business name.

    That's what I would do.

I got a reply but it does not say if I can or can not have a friend sign up as my referal. Or maybe it does but not in direct words.
So I sent them another email for clarification. Will post again when I get a reply.
