Okay, I am looking for a phpBB(2) mod that allows you to make things "Sticky". I need something like in which you do not need to edit a database in order to do this.

Basically all you need to do is link me to a site that allows a free download of a mod/hack for phpBB that will allow you to sticky threads. Is it possible to do it without having to edit the database? If not, I'll pay someone $5 via paypal to install a sticky mod for me.

They can be made sticky from admin panel,, its easy, no mod required.

 

Without editing database.. sounds like he wants no SQL query... which makes me think unless u store the data for it in a text file.. its not possible.
