What do you guys think... I have the option between...

A 2.5 year old domain that doesn't really have my keywords in it, but it does decribe the niche and is very short and easy to remember.

    OR

A Brand new domain with has my keywords loaded in it.

The age of a domain in itself does not had an SEO impact, it's the age of the backlinks (if any).

If the old domain has no backlinks (PR0) it's not going to give you an advantage, if the old domain has aged backlinks and isn't pennalised then it will rank much faster than a newly registered domain.

I have 10 year old domains with no backlinks, worthless.

I guess depends how you think your site is going to be successful. If you are trying to spam like a lot of people on here then go for keywords. If your actually going to built a quality site then short and easy to remember would be great.

Do your old domain have backlinks? well if I were you I would prefer to
have the old domain for it has been in the WWW for some time now.
Besides you can still work for your keywords a domain that will be easily
remembered can be very beneficial for you
