I have a blog with two keywords on the first page of Google search engine. Keyword A can be found at the 2nd place on the first page, while Keyword B is at the 7th place. Both keywords have local and global searches of around 2000 a month. Why is it that my blog only has 2 to 3 page impressions a day according to Google Adsense Advanced Report? Shouldn't it be doing much better?
May be keywords you are using are searched less, try keyword eye to get exact country searches. 2000 a month bit low, Try to get your blog with more competitive keywords, If you are using Google keyword Tool for your keyword research, then set it to EXACT instead of BROAD, Choose 3000/month on exact basis.
Try the advice mentioned above. Apart from that, considering there are actually 1500 + 1500 searches a month(Keyword Tools are never accurate), which makes it 3000 i.e. 100 visitors a day, you are most likely to receive 5-10% for your positions, which is 5-10 visitors a day. Try aiming for the first position and target more keywords with a higher search volume.
