I got so many PMs and I appreciate everyone of them.

1. I started using google analytics today so that I can offer better stats
2. I created a URL channel so that the screenshots show the URL channel

Is it possible to show screen shots of the backend area where you manage listings?

Also I noticed that each listing has the name reversed as last name then first name. Is it possible to change it to regular format "first name, then last name"? I noticed that when searching for a lawyer on the search engine it hurts your ranking since someone would typically search for a laywer by first/last instead of last/first.

Well, I can but I won't Because I am the only one who is working on this (and sometimes an employee at the office), I didn't care to design it. But I will tell you about the content:
Search by ID
Search by Name (must be exact)
Search using Google (for best matches of course)
Add New Listing

Search: When it finds the lawyer listing, it gives you all the fields to edit including specialties.
Add: A form with all the fields to fill in.

Thank you very much for the tip. Although the database contains the fullname in one field, I will code some script to separate them and store them in two fields so that I can manage how the name appears.

Yes. I am with anything that protects both parties. Although I didn't try any or know how they exactly work, I am ready to deal through such service. I only heard of them from PMs yesterday.

An alternative approach came in a PM too was to do bank transfer after taking copies of my IDs (which match the domain whois of course).

How I will get paid and how the procedure will be like, these things do not bother me because as long as I am honest and serious and I assume the other party is so, then we will both agree to a proper procedure.

 

Can you please send me a screenshot of adsense revenue with URL channel included. Your adsense screenshot looks like it belongs to all your sites combined. Please send me real proofs with URL channel and I will make a good offer.
