    I am buying sites that have at least PR1 value that does not make you any money yet.

    Preferably sites with contents on it - blogs, static website etc
    No specific niches. Just make sure you have high quality content on the site.

    My budget is max $150 per site.

    I only need .com / .org / .net
    Your site need to be at least 1 year old.
