    Hey guys, i have shown him transfer eligibility directly form vBulletin staff and all receipts and proofs. If i transfer before payment and he scam me there will be nothing i can do.. because vBulletin policy allows only one time transfer.

    Well, Lots of sellers usually hold funds for 24 hours to check validity of payment but i have offered him instant transfer after verification of payment. What else i can do.

    and the main thing is PayPal favors a buyer. He can open a dispute anytime. May be he is new into this paypal thing and online business deals.

    You are correct, don't purchase this. He scammed me on my website and domain I sold him then a couple days later filed claim with paypal that was unauthorized transaction, now will not return my PM's. Too bad I had already left positive feedback. In process of getting it reversed.
