1TUT.COM I don't believe my current estimate, any help would be great!

I recently had a friend of mine who claims to work as a "professional domain appraiser" value the domain name 1tut.com as mid $xxxx. To be honest I'm not sure I believe him. I bought the domain with the intent to create the "Number 1 Source For Online Tutorials". I have not done anything to the site yet. If anyone could offer their opinions on its worth I would greatly appreciate it

Probably less than $20 Sell it to your friend.Your friend should have no problem buying it from you for a $1000 since its worth "$5000".lol
