    I don't see them fetching much more than reg fee. Even the current owner of the .com says the reported $800K sale can't be verified - and he's looking to sell it for "more than reg fee". The .com domain was dropped - if you paid anything close to $800K or even $8k, would you let the domain expire? EstiBot appraisals are a joke.

    That report isn't proof of anything. It's just reposting alleged sales information found on the web 8 years ago (notice how no source for the information is given for that domain). The person who owned the domain at that time didn't even put a site up on it.

    If you really think the .com is worth so much, who don't you place an offer of $100 for it? I wouldn't be surprised if the current owner accepted it.
