Selling 1st page on Google, Bing, & Yahoo!

Hello,
I'm selling site MastercoolEvaporativeCooler.com

1. Google keyword tool states that keyword "mastercool evaporative cooler" has 2400 global monthly search & 4400 local search volume May.
2. Based on serprank.com, The site is currently at the 1st page of Google, Bing, and Yahoo on its main keyword.

I can't fully monetize this site to its potential because it's been very difficult for me to get accepted in many affiliate programs. Not sure why, maybe because of the country I'm living in. So my best bet so far has been only adsense which is very unfortunate.

In May adsense earning of this site was $57.41. In June the site has been very stable in search engines and until now (June 16th) it hits $52.75 so I expect it to reach > $90 at the end of June.
