Selling 1st page on Google, Bing, & Yahoo!

I'm selling FridayThe13thSeries.com. It currently ranks at 1st page on google, yahoo, and bing.

Here are the SERP :

Google keyword tools stated that keywords " Friday The 13th Series" has :
- broad : 27100 global monthly search, 12100 local search April
- exact : 2400 global monthly search, 880 local search April

I made this site because I'm a huge fan of Friday the 13th, both movie series and TV series. But I've never had enough time to build it. So now I decided to sell it. I haven't tried to monetize it much. So I don't know about the exact number of earnings.

All I can think of about how to monetize this site are :
- affiliates to all things related to Friday The 13th Series : DVD movies & TV series, t-shirts, Jason Voorhees memorabilia, halloween stuffs, etc.
- movie/TV trailers, using CPL programs

I'm looking for serious buyers. So just PM me if you're interested, and make an offer.

As you can see on the site, it has only about 4-5 posts/pages. And nice header. So the buyer will get :
- the domain. It's registered at godaddy. Free push to godaddy account
- username and password to the admin wordpress account. You can copy all the post/pages and header flash banner. I can't give you the access to cpanel because it's currently hosted at sharing hosting.

mmmm.....strange, right now I'm still seeing it at #1 on Bing. I'm not sure why the result was the different at your place.
