    Site is few months old. Here are some stats:
    - on 1th page of google.com for multiple keywords (see screenshot)
    - 115 unique visits per month
    - 142 page visits per month
    - 50% organic traffic
    - keyword in URL
    - high CTR adsense optimized theme applied recently
    - 6 high quality plr articles included
    - on-site SEO and initial off-site SEO has been done
    - adsense is integrated just recently and there is already $0.50 revenue

    I can help the buyer with transfering the site and with future SEO tips. The domain is registered at DomainRightNow.com, the buyer will have to create account there (it's free) so I can push the domain.

    Reason for selling - got full time job.
