Is it possible to get 1p clicks on Google Adwords on little used keyword combinations?? I'm curious...........
.........actually i must correct myself......... from what i've JUST read, the minimum CPC with Adwords seems to be the "minimum bid + 1p" Hence i presume the minimum CPC is therefore 2p(??)
the 'little used keyword combinations' isn't entirely the way to get the cheapest clicks. Quite often you'll see on here people complaining "nobody else is advertising for my keywords so how come I can't get them for the lowest price" The reason being that Quality Score and relevance also dictate the price.
Basically, there are some keywords that work better then others and will drive the amount of traffic to your page you want, and cost less. i.e. "auto insurance" might be really really expensive because of all the compitition, but "auto insurance reviews" could be less expensive, more targeted, and still have enough search volume to max out how much you want to spend on ads.
