If I were you, I'ld place ads in between videos and use 'ad links' too. And keep some other plugins in the sidebar.
I'm not surprised at all after glancing at it, your google ad's just aren't placed optimally. I would considering moving that sidebar banner up a considerable amount. Not a bad looking site, just needs a little placement changes with the ad's and your ctr should be ^
Thanks, what other widgets could you suggest for the sidebar? I moved the ads from the sidebar in between ads, and also changed the color of the ads so that they stand out in a subtle way.
it is almost depend on the content of your site and the visitors type. if you have more targeted visitors like from google, you may get more more clicks
