1k visitors in 4 days, only 0.03$ from adsense?..

Alright, I am very confused, google is telling me that I have had 1,000+ page impressions in the past 4 days, but then my adsense is telling me I have had 0 clicks and only made 0.03$???? What is going on? Are people just not clicking on my ads? My ad placement doesn't seem awful.. It seems nice and neat, AND visible to me. I also noticed that google adwords is giving me random ads related to tattoo parlors and other random things, even though I am optimized for the keywords: Bad, Idiot, Funny, Drivers, Driving, Elderly, Car, Failure.

    what is going on?!?!

    my blog is: http://bad-drivers-today.blogspot.com/

someone please give me some insight and assistance as to whats going on!

Your page is very narrow, make it broad. And the placement is not good, blend it properly.

Should be getting more clicks. Might have just been a bad month. But you need to work on presentation.
*More colors needed. It looks a little plain.
*Better background the flat blue just doesn't work. Possibly use a gradient.
    *Sort out the alignment issues.

Add more content, the blog with only video can get much CTR

You must have a very bad placement and very poor content.. have you analyzed your traffic? Where they came from? how long have they stayed? what pages are they viewing?.. etc?

The poor relevance may be the key factor. As you have mentioned that random ads related to tattoo parlors and other random things have nothing to do with your targeted keywords. So your content won't make them turn on to click. The second factor may be the placement of ads. Try to blend it properly with your layout.

That is definitely not normal! You should try and understand why people are not clicking, there must be a reason!

You should have at least 2% CTR. 0 clicks is really awful!

Was this SE traffic exclusively or was it from a social bookmarking article, or something along those lines? For adsense, SE traffic usually converts the best due to the closeness of the ads, but like you said Google isn't displaying proper ads. I would contact some other similar blogs in the niche and offer them direct advertising...can't hurt to try at this point.

In my opinion, people are not going to your site for information, they are going to watch a video. I see no reason for them to click on an ad.

Also, you have no choice where the ads go, so that is not an option either.

my suggestion is to write some content
if u have a page with only videos users generally r perceived not to click ads

1k impression in FOUR days is so little, even if it was 1k UV in FOUR days that's still nothing, what are you whining about?

    Your blog is too narrow.

Your blog is about YouTube videos which btw. are not your.

How then AdSense can target words?

    1k traffic from where
If it's "lucky traffic" or bought traffic there you have it anyway ... 1k in 4 days is not much traffic ..

A page impression doesn't mean unique visitors. Add anylitics to the page and see exactly where the traffic is coming from.

It is not bought or "Lucky Traffic", my blog was only started 4 days ago, so I think that 1,000 hits isn't bad at all for just starting a blog. The blog is already coming up within the top 10 for about 5 keyphrases that i was targeting. About 80% is from search engines, about 15 is from digg, technorati (i posted an article that got "Dugg" quite a bit. and the last 5% is from just various links.

ok, I take that back, i just checked my adsense for today and apparently i got 3 ad clicks. but only made 0.25$ from the 3 clicks in total, so apparently i have some pretty low paying ppc ads on my blog.. lol

is there anywhere i can go to see high paying keyphrases for adwords?
