    Requirements.
    • Traffic must be from the USA.
    • I need the traffic to come at an even pace (not 1k visitors in 30 seconds!)
    • Quality doesn't matter, could even be iframe traffic.
    • I need to be able to redirect the user after a few seconds of the page loading.
