Regarding the similarity of your company's name to the well-established CPALead.com... your intentions may be well placed; however such a branding strategy may send the wrong signal to prospective publishers and advertisers. It just may seem that you're piggybacking off of the popularity of another network (which may or may not work), instead of building your own identity. This may turn some people off. I don't mean to be in the proof search but isn't that stating that a payment was received from your network, which could have even been to your own personal account? The only thing you can do here for a new network is wait for valid reviews or sign up and see if it works out for the better.
