1and1 upgrade??? help!

    I hope this is the correct section for this.


    I am trying to upgrade my account with 1and1 and I have a substantial amount of domain names. If I upgrade do I have to pay for all the domains again?

    I've tried to call 4 times but they are foreign, I can't understand them and they don't understand me. So if anyone can help me it would be appreciated.:)

    the support team is confusing the heck out of me. and if i upgrade the domains need to be transfered to the new account correct?
