    ok - just talked to some dude and he confirmed they had a "server" issue. not sure if it was a server or servers issue.

    1&1 was a good experience to me before. It seems a down to the hill in their performance lately. I think they are doing oversold on each server they provides.

    sorry for getting back to this so late. it was fine after i called but went i experienced issues again. seems to be fine now. i don't mind much now since i have mini sites on it but i'm currently developing a bigger site for a town and such a long downtime wouldn't be the greatest.

    yea, i'll have to start looking cause i don't want people to spend advertising money on my site and then to go and see the site is down. it wouldn't be fair.
