1and1 a Safe Host?

    I use 1and1 for microsoft hosting. I've been reading about a lot of instances of people hacking hosts, and i'm wondering if anyone has had anyting bad like this happen with 1and1?

    I don't mean script hacks - hacks that can be done bcause of a script flaw, but i mean host hacks.

    I use 1and1 and have never had any problems with them. They are one of the biggest hosts on the web, so I would bet security is pretty tight. I think you can rest easy if you are using them as your host.

    I have had no problems with 1and1 other than their support. You can call 24/7 but you better have an Indian translator nearby!:mad::mad:

    Up to now, never got problems with 1&1. And their email support has been all right so far...

    I don't know much about 1and1, but I would say they are fine!

    no problem so far. but heard many ppl say it is hard to cancel service
