    A very big site on the urban market for years, now has to be sold.

    No joking matter and I don't 'fake' gigs on DP. A friend / associate webmaster of mine is suffering from a medical issue and has lost A LOT of money b/c of a chronic reccurring problem. He's forced to sell his first website for a LOW price.

    Established in 1996
    Page Authority - 50
    Domain Authority - 47
    Asking Price - ~$5000
    In its prime, blog was earning $10k per month.

    5 or 6 years ago, a real estate guy wanted to buy this site for $250,000 just b/c of the domain name mainly ( and backlinks a minor factor ).

    Previous content can be transferred to new owner so you can restore. He's not been able to update / maintain site for quite a few months now.

    Root domain links to a page announcing its for sale to confirm sale.
