sorry, i don't want to pronounce the domain name, but just want to know what you guys think of legitimity of the value from leapfish ? i'm not sure if i want to sell the domain either ..

however, the leapfish.com shows 197k for one of my domain names which is 1 keyword only, 4 letters, but on an international TLD .. the domain is some 5-6 years old

well, if i can get that 197k for the domain i'll sell it right away although it was my first ever website. The site is prietty big now, with huge amount of pages and the theme is photograpy (so it's basically a huge photo album).

the PR is 4, and it has currently some 500-600 visitors a day (but can easely go more with some on-site optimization .. i was getting some 2k visits a day a couple years ago before i gave up with idea of promoting it)

anyway .. what do you think may the real value of the domain be ?

    Leapfish is everything BUT accurate.
Take it as information only, not for actual value...
I had a domain appraised at $10,900 that nobody wanted at reg fee !!
And in my opinion, it worth...reg fee

Don't waste your time with Leapfish or any other free automated appraisal tools, or even the paid ones as well. If you want an appraisal, ask other domainers that are in the industry. Without knowing the domain & the extention, nobody can give you an appraisal.
