Some questions:

1. This line is confusing - 'What the new owner recieves?

2. Are you suggesting that for each 1000 visitors, websites owners will make $400-$500 from adsense. I have never heard of such returns and I do run some big sites.

3. Where are your adsense adverts

4. Where are the articles auto-updating from. Do these include the photos or are they manually inserted.

 

I guess the site is new, with very low traffic and zero revenue. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Any site can potentially generate $1,900/month. That means nothing.
