For any of you using twitter, Gary Mccaffrey came up with a pretty good idea. He already has a few thousand followers in 2 days. I've gotten a few in the last few minutes alone. http://tweetergetter.com/ Password isn't stored, but if you're overly worried about it, just create a temporary password to tweet once, and then change it back (which I did).
I just got added by some random person... I wonder how they got my twitter address?! Does anyone know? I think I'll join too!
I don't quite see the point in following and being followed just for the sake of it. Surely if you want to get content from twitter you follow the people who intrest you. Eh. ><
can you say pyramid plan I signed up on one of these and have gotten a whopping 10 new ppl following me
wow 12 I think I get about 20 new followers a day, and I don't have to use a pyramid plan.. http://www.twitip.com/how-to-get-twitter-followers/ Read this, you'll get way more real followers than some scam like the above
Even though I only have added about 20 since posting my TweeterGetter link, I think it has been mildly successful. I'll check out the methods in that post as well
It's very successful to the guy that started it, and that's only if you are counting followers.. It's about conversion.. I would rather have 1,000 ppl follow me that are interested in the same things I am, vs 10,000 ppl that have no interest.. The "get rich quick" ideas rarely work but I'll give it a try too http://tweetergetter.com/vbsetup
I've heard of people try this and lose their accounts in a matter of hours... Every type of hype without substance doesn't last long.... (Just look at the financial crisis)
I think that being the creator of a pyramid scheme is a great idea. The most benefits of the pyramid effect go to the creator, and so that might be a recommendation for others to go and create their own schemes. There is also something enjoyable about envisioning the exponential gains that can result from introducing an idea of this type to the public.
