They are arguing over there that he is a "nice guy" and should be left alone. I find it starnge in a webmaster forum that not one person would actually look at his product which builds cookie cutter built for AdSense sites. It said right on his site all you do is add your AdSense ID to the control panel and it creates good paying sites.

I would hate for someone to use it then have their AdSense account as a whole banned because they didn't understand they were breaking the TOS.

He seems to indicate in that thread over there he will be changing that part of his site. Stark contrast to his assertion over here that Google is completely OK with their publishers doing that.

Then explain why the person needs to know no HTML, etc and only needs to plug in their ID

That sounds like automated "Built for AdSense" to me

YFS1, I have a question about "Article Stream"

It grabs content that is already available on the internet and creates a RSS website.

It basically allows someone with no knowledge to run a content site, correct?

On this content site you can post ads, including Adsense correct?

*Actually reads the page for once.*

That sounds like you press a button and a robot comes along with fake IP address clicking the AdSense ads.

    Then it finally shows

Though I'm tempted to buy it just to see what it actually does! Only thing wrong there is I'm on a Macintosh.

No, you have to have an existing site and you also have to provide the header HTML, footer HTML and format via HTML the way things are displayed.

It is meant to add value for the visitors of an existing site.

PLUS...I am not marketing it as a way to make a quick buck with AdSense...In fact the majority of those that have purchased it, don't even run ads

Nintendo, email me and I will give you full details.

I am going to be editing the sales text so people do not assume it is a fraud clicking program.

I guess the name "Swap Clix" is throwing people off.

Costa Dedes, dude, give it up. You're outnumbered by people who have way more experience in this that you.

Why haven't you just provided links to these sites your program creates rather then emailing people?

    Give what up?

Let some thread in a forum make my potential customers think I am a scam artist?

No thank you, that is why I have gone forward with full legal action. I can not allow this to go on.

In the mean time I am trying to make people understand what the program does so they do not keep considering me a scam artist.

Look at Nintendo, he has opened up and realized that it is not a click exchange fraud program.

Thats exactly the point, this dude comes to a SEO forum and tries to explain his junk... and then goes to the Warrior forum to cry about how people are so bad to him.

Lol, the warrior forum, where people can promote any kind of crap and have everyone saying how wonderful it is... most of the people there think that Corey Rudl was a god and that by buying 25 CDs and ebooks about marketing you will learn the wonderful secrets of being a millionaire... :D

Go back to playing with your warrior buddies

I told him that if he let one of us test out the program and verify what he says, that might save him. I'm on a Macintosh, so I probably can't test it out.

Surely he could save the trouble and just provide links to a cross section of his automatically generated sites.

I suspect it will be obvious that they all pull from the same or only a few templates and are super keyword rich to the point they are hard to read just to try to squeeze a few pennies out of AdWords advertisers.

If I am wrong, he needs a major site redesign as that is what it is saying it does (The click swapping reference aside)

    Thats not my picture :)

    Its my buddy.

Yes, it grabs content from article sources and organizes them and places adsense on them.

If you have an HTML editor, or are capable of editing HTML sure you can change anything you want.

You do know that an automated script like that is against every major article sites TOS, don't you?

In fact GoArticles posted here not so long ago and went after all the people who bought one of these scripts and they had to take their sites down.

As I asked before...Can the user edit the HTML?

I have been interviewed on TV 6 times since last year for business ideas and partnerships I have come up with.

I have been in the local newspaper, as well as all the local community newspapers.

I have been on the radio a few times.
