    Sorry for resurrecting an old thread... but I need to know... did Nintendo get sued? did DigitalPoint get sued? is Bob Costas (or whatever his name is) still scamming and threatening people? Inquiring minds want to know!

    PS-It's pretty sad that Nintendo was so thoroughly owned by this scammer. What kind of false(?) threats did you get Nintendo to make you skip and dance for him like that?

    I got the email as well advertising swapclix. I sent them an email asking for more details of the program, explaining I didn't want to purchase program if it violated anything in google TOS. He did not reply yet, but by coincidence I have come along this thread. I still don't really understand if the program violates the TOS or not. Although, I do know I will not purchase it because of sellers behavior. Here you guys have an opinion, and are simply expressing it. Yet he comes on here with threatening, wanting to sue anyone that does not agree with him. What a joke. I would not send him my money. I saved 50 bucks today:)

    The way Costas Dedes is marketing, it definately violates the TOS. Anyways, making a good AdSense revenue is quite easy with a bit of hard work. Stay away from the automated stuff and keep reading at this forum.

    Costa Dedes doesn't have the "no work, but earn anyway" program
