First of all, your site is tooo wide so some of the ads aren't visible.. Secondly, try putting ads on the left site of the page instead of the right side.. If I were you I would also put a vertical link unit 728X15 on the top of the page placing it as if it were a menu.. One more thing.. get rid of the black background, it just isn't nice.. You need someone to work on your site design, I think it is driving away visitors.. This is just my honest opinion.. Good luck! i would suggest getting a whole new design cause for me as a visitor if i see your site, i would close it right away! green/black is very disturbing and your site doesn't fit on my screen well ...
Your site gives me an impression that its made for adsense only . Try to put more content on your site and also put a title yo your index.html . I tell you you need to work really very very hard
ok cool i changed the background to white im gonna try the ads to the left to see if that works for tommorow it really sucks to get 186 impressions and not even 1 click appreciate the help feel free to tell what other changes would be good!
No offence meant by this but that layout is awful. The google ads dont look part of the site and there is no reason people would click on them. If I was you I would get a new layout and BLEND your ads into it. Also alot of people have less than 1% CTR so dont expect many click thru's unless you drastically change your site. Good Luck!
I think you must put more good content in your page, It is full of ads. Ads must place in the user visible position. Having that many ads also user will not click your ads.
Remember that it might say 186 impressions but you can create impressions yourself by refreshing when redesigning etc.
yep agreed. site is too wide and very offputting. i like music sites and would have just clicked straight back out of it. thats probably how you are getting impressions but no clicks? whats analytics showing your bounce rate as? about 80% minimum I would wager also as some else has said, 0.5-1.0 ctr is not unusual at all, to get to 2% (approx 4 out of your 186) would be good work indeed. go find a nice free template somewhere and sort it out, because that design is always going to work against you. best of luck
