180x150 banner

    I'm in need of a 180x150 animated banner preferably made in png or gif. The banner will be for a norwegian classified and auction website, Utlys.no. It can contain the following text:

    Hvorfor betale for å selge noe?

    Annonsèr og Auksjonèr - Helt GRATIS!

    Utlys.no - Norges beste tjenester innen kjøp og salg.

    Do a search for a program called photoscape - its a free picture editing software suite. It should be able to do what you need.

    And by "free", I mean totally free. the developers just ask for donations to keep the program going. You can crop images, make animated gifs, change the fade colors in the gif, change the fade time,,,,,, just all kinds of stuff. I have been using the program for a little over a year. And for some free picture editing software, its pretty good.

    You could also try paint.net and then a gif animator. You can find them on download.com ;)
