180 Days Rule - Does it apply for old adsense referrals

I was going through adsense terms and found that for you to get $100 referral bonus, the referred publisher has to reach $100 within 180 days of establishing his/her adsense account.

I don't remember seeing this before. Was it there before?

Will I get credit for referrals in say December 2005 even if they reached 100$ after 180 days?

 

Probably not. I would contact google to make sure.

 

I think the policy should be the same for all...so 90 dyas accounts should be converted to 180 days automatically...
