You can withdraw your Paypal money to your Bank account but you cant transfer the funds to another Paypal account or cant use it to buy anything from your limited account.

The main thing is to get your account limitation lifted. Why was your account limited in the first place and what was the documentation or information which they require from you ?

If they ask you for address proof, they would have indicated what kind of documents they require. Just follow that and you should be okay. Just as long as you offer real information.

Different people have their account limited for different reasons and thus they may get different levels of restrictions.

Probably your only withdrawal method would be check withdrawal.

i have two PP a/c s (i know its against TOS)(One a/c is with my name and other with my sis's name)
    Both are verified with VCC
One is Limited and other is fine..
I recently withdrawn few $$s from the a/c which is fine and verified using VCC.
so this may conclude that we can withdraw money from VCC verified Paypal A/c.

But still my older Limited PP a/c is waiting for documents
it is asking for Utility Bill
i submitted my Bank's Passbook's front page as address proof 2Day.
    Hope they will accept it

or i will have to wait for 180th day which is coming next month
BUT still please anyone confirm that i can withdraw money from Limited a/c after 180DAys

PayPal allow you to have up to two accounts, one personal and a premium or business account.
You can transfer money between two accounts but unless you're transferring from the balance of one account to a personal account, you'll pay PayPal fees.

BTW, You need to add Bank account to withdraw money after 180 days :)

    Ohh,
    I have both Premier a/c 's
and added BANK A/c to both of the a/c ,Both Bank a/c are different
and hope so after 180 days i will be able to WithDraw my Funds to BANK.

i am taking lots of precautions of IP Address
i also know that opening Paypal from PROXY is prohibited,so i am taking lots of care to use different IP-address to access my PP :)
i have BSNL Broadband connection (Dynamic IP)

yes after 180 days, you can only deposit it to your bank account.. no spending or anything after the balance is 0.00, they will lock your account
